  Reservation Policy 
Pricing and payment:
  • All reservations are subject to availability and rates at the time of reservation processing.
  • Rates and availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • Credit card will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Please note that your billing statement will show: Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V who is our parent company.
  • Credit cards accepted:
  • Charges are processed using Pay Pal for your security and safety since they use the highest level of encryption to protect members and transactions.  E- Checks can be used via Pay Pal for reservations that are more than 30 days from the arrival date since there is a clearing time for the E-Check of up to 15 days.


Cancellations:

  • All cancellation requests must be processed by the reservation holder through our system for proper user validation and acceptance of applicable cancellation penalties. Acceptance of the applicable penalties and calculated refund are in accordance to the Mexican and International ECommerce Laws.
  • To cancel a reservation, select the User Tools option located in the main at www.Travel-Center.com
  • ALL RESERVATIONS CANCELLED ARE SUBJECT TO PENALTIES AS FOLLOWS:
  1. After payment has been processed, reservations are subject to a minimum five (10%) percent administrative fee based upon the total amount of the reservation.
     
  2. Additional applicable penalties will vary depending upon the hotel's cancellation policy, seasonality (ie. scheduled arrival date) and the date the cancellation request is received in relation to the scheduled arrival date as detailed in the following penalty table:

  1. Cancellation requests received on the same date of the scheduled arrival date (local time) or no show at the hotel will be considered a no show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NO SHOWS.
     
  2. Refund(s) and/or credit(s) for late arrivals, early departures, failure to arrive ("no shows") or any last-minute modification is at the hotel?s discretion.

Changes:

  • To modify your reservation, please login to our "login" area and you can modify your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival. All date chenges are subject to availability and applicable seasonal rates.

Special Requests:

  • Special requests typically refer to bedding, room location and/or view, additional room amenities, smoking or non-smoking rooms and handicapped-equipped accommodations. Please note your requests in the "Special Requests" section of the reservation form and we will communicate your requests to the hotel.
  • Room assignment is at hotel's discretion and all special requests noted are subject to availability at check-in.

Multiple Room Reservations:

  • If you wish to reserve multiple rooms, you must use a different guest name for each room or duplicate reservation may be cancelled by the hotel.
